Job Vacancy: Graphic Designer

Are you a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion and digital branding?
Our fast-growing e-commerce brand is looking for a talented designer who can elevate our visual identity and help us create stunning, high-impact content.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly graphics for our website, including banners, product visuals and branded assets.

  • Design marketing materials for various channels (social media, email campaigns, online ads, landing pages).

  • Strengthen the overall brand experience through high-quality design and visual consistency.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and bring them to life.

  • Ensure all designs follow our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual style across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.

  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable design tools.

  • Excellent eye for aesthetics, layout, colour and typography.

  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • A portfolio showcasing relevant previous work.

Location: In-Store (Susan & Chloe London Boutique)
Department: Retail & Customer Experience

Do you have a passion for fashion, luxury retail and personalised styling?
We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate who can offer exceptional service and help customers feel confident and stylish.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide personalised styling and fashion advice.

  • Assist customers in finding the right fit, style and size.

  • Maintain a polished store presentation and ensure products are displayed beautifully.

  • Support daily store operations (restocking, handling transactions, assisting with customer inquiries).

  • Deliver an elevated customer experience both in-store and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience (fashion experience is a strong plus).
